- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I normally do not fill out reviews, but was shocked at how rude this lady was to me on the phone. I saw Dr. Ramanujam and Erika, the Physician's Assistant, several times and had a lot of contact with his office due to chronic stomach issues. Dr. Ramanajum and Erika were extremely professional, the people at the desk were very friendly, however the nurse that I had to speak to several times, Lynn, was extremely rude. The first time I dealt with her she became very short and snappy after I apparently asked too many questions or something. I have a very busy work schedule, and do not have a job where I can have my phone on me at all times. Therefore, I had to play a little bit of phone tag with the office. The last time she returned my call, I just missed it, so I called her back, immediately. I mentioned something about playing a little phone tag and that I was glad we could finally get in contact. This lady decided to scold me that I didn't pick up and ignored her calls and she did all this work to try to schedule this test the Dr recommended. I told her she was being very rude and I shouldn't have had to explain to her that my job does not allow me to have access to my phone at all times and because I work, i don't and cannot just sit by the phone waiting for it to ring. I'm not sure what makes her time so much more valuable than everyone elses and why she would be more upset about not being able to get ahold of me, when I'm the one suffering. I have my own clientele where I work and even when people don't show up for their appointments, we would never scold someone! I'm getting very tired of some people in the medical industry being able to get away with treating people like garbage. There are tons of people fighting for jobs and if you don't like doing the work, quit, and let someone else that wants to work have the job!!!!May 18, 2017by Stacy Hegel
