- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After having scheduled an early AM appointment. I was prepared to go forward with my much needed cataract surgery. I arrived on time. Filled out paperwork. And waited, and waited, and waited. After an hour and a half. I was the fourth person to approach the desk to tell the clerk, that because of the long wait. I then heard a medical assistant informed the clerk that, "No, that doctor isn't here." It then became clear, that they had double, or even triple booked slots. This action shows that quantity of business is more important than quality of care. I am sure that some patients find this care acceptable.
